A Strip Club On The Mainland | Wednesday Early Evening

On the outside, the club looked pretty seedy, and it was hard to tell whether the small number of cars in the parking lot was a good sign or a bad one. For at least a few of the cars already there - including a limousine with tinted windows and a very sad-looking sports car that still had half of a JUST MARRIED sign affixed to its rear bumper -- it was probably good, but for any Fandom students looking for a positive strip club experience, it was a little harder to tell.

At the door, there was a bouncer checking IDs (or fake IDs, as the case almost universally was with this crowd), and inside... well, inside was a strip club. There was a stage, there were dancers (of multiple genders, even!), there was a breakfast buffet that looked like it served bacon, and there was a bar. And there was glitter. Lots and lots of glitter.

The night was young, the bouncer was easily fooled, and The Silver Glitter Club was open. Enjoy, Fandomites. Or at least try not to pick up any diseases.

"The pants aren't going anywhere, but thanks for the advice," Emily said. She looked at her arms and then her hair. Glitter, glitter everywhere. "This is going to stick for the rest of the week, two baths or not."

Emily puffed her cheeks, shrugged and then sighed. In that order. "Okay whatever. Let's see...we've got girl on girl, which I guess is the main event, several of the guy and girl around and I think that's a guy and another guy," Emily said as she pointed around, not caring if it was impolite.

"I don't know, I've always been more of a doer." And that sounded terrible.

Atton considered it. "You could probably get a lap dance if you have some money on you," he said.

Probably not what she meant, Rand.

Emily wished she had a drink to choke on.

"I'm bitching about the glitter and you want me to get all rubbed with the sweat of some random dude and all the people he rubbed himself before me?" Emily answered, actually just as amused as she was terrified by the idea.

"Only if you get one, too."

"Maybe when she gets off the stage," Atton mused, eyeing the stripper he'd been eyeing for some time now. "Need a couple more drinks first, I think."

"Aiming high, Mr. Rand," Emily said as she turned to look at the stripper. "You and I do, if this is going to happen."

And there hadn't even been a I've never had a lapdance.

Such a helpful guy, as usual.

"Shots," she replied. "If whatever they call alcohol here doesn't knock me out, I guess I'll be in the predisposition to have a lap dance." And even then...probably not.
